Orders are normally
processed within 24 hours and shipped UPS ground unless otherwise
specified. Essential oils and fragrance oils cannot be sent by
airfreight per FAA regulation. There is an $8.00 UPS handling charge
on 5-gallon pails. Please call us for details.

We accept all major credit cards. Prices listed are current, but they can and
do change, so please inquire.
Minimum
Order
We have a $50 minimum order.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We would like everyone to be pleased with
our product. If a mistake is made on our part, we will gladly rectify it
to the best of our ability. However, all sales on unsealed containers are
final. Due to the volatility and contamination potential, we cannot accept
returns on unsealed oils. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt
or a 20% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted after 30
days and all returns require a valid sales receipt.
